In this interview, Sam discusses his early days at Stax Records in Memphis, Tennessee and fellow Stax recording artists:   Otis Redding, Isaac Hayes and Carla and Rufus Thomas.

Sam also talks about Sam and Dave's biggest hits, such as "Soul Man," "Hold On, I'm Coming," and "When Something is Wrong with My Baby."
