"PROFILES" is a 30 minute one-on-one interview show spotlighting national and  local celebrities from the  world of  Entertainment, Sports  and  Politics. The program  is hosted by Mickey Burns and is  filmed at Ashford and Simpson's "Sugar Bar" restaurant in the heart of New York City. 

"PROFILES" is produced by Quest Media Entertainment, Inc. Their headquarters are located on the 83 - acre campus of the magnificent Snug Harbor Cultural Center (Staten Island, N.Y.), just minutes away from downtown Manhattan.
